Do you take over systems someone else installed?
Yes. We service and support Control4, Ajax, Ubiquiti, Ruckus and most camera systems regardless of who put them in. We start with an assessment so you know what is worth keeping.
Is monitoring included?
It is optional. Every Ajax system we install can report to Becklar, a UL-listed central station, as optional professional monitoring, month to month. Self-monitoring through the Ajax app is free. Rates are on the Ajax alarm system cost page. CURATOR adds device health monitoring, remote support and priority service on top of that.
Can you work with my builder or architect?
That is how we prefer to work. We read the plans, coordinate with the electrician, and get the wire in before drywall so nothing is an afterthought.
